A very original and contemporary art gallery awaits at Art in the Mill in Knaresborough, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire and you can be assured of a warm welcome at all times.                   

This beautiful and characterful old flax mill is a wonderful and inspiring space. Here you will see a sneak preview of what awaits to be explored across three floors!  We carefully select work from artists across Yorkshire and also acclaimed artists from further afield.  Our aim is to bring together a vibrant and diverse exhibition of original paintings, sculpture, ceramics etc. We hope to provide a  relaxed creative ambience in the gallery and will be very pleased to give you further information about the artists or to offer help with sourcing and design should you be looking for original art to enhance your home.  
     You will find us tucked away in Green Dragon Yard,  a very pretty courtyard close to Knaresborough Castle ruins. The yard is a real visual feast and you will see exciting sculptures to create that special focal point in your garden. The Loft Cafe next door provides  refreshments for those wishing to rest and soak up the atmosphere in the cobbled yard!
